I actually think it is a funny word and I think it sounds cool...like you can actually get an image in your mind of how much extra the sex is just from the word 'shagging' alone...it is a strong word with that 'sh' at the start and the hard gs and it is disyllabic too, so that makes it more interesting than a monosyllabic word. Well, obviously 'shag' is monosyllabic, but shagging is disyllabic. Also, it is a funny word, because Shaggy from Scooby-Doo sometimes comes to mind when you mention the word 'shagging', lol!!! :-)
