Some people just randomly have been waking up at the same time every night their entire lives. Something to do with circadian rhythms. But I do the exact same thing, only I am the heathen the drinks directly out of the carton. But since no one else drinks milk in my house.... Doesn't really matter. But it's got to be whole milk.
