Comics

A thread to discuss comics and comic-related stuff. Nerds unite! (h)

To start off, who's your favorite superhero?
Mine is (obviously) the Merc with a Mouth, Deadpool. More of an antihero, but he has his shining moments so I classify him as a hero. He's getting his own video game! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqiQYus8yzk
The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think.
Oh and by the way, which one's Pink?

Deadpool is cool but my favourites are Punisher, Batman, Sandman, Wee Hughie (from the Boys) and Constantine (shame the movie sucked).

I have not read a comic in years and I remember before I got into them I used to razz a friend of mine for it, along with his little brother. Now I wonder how many comics they still have and which are collectibles.
I'm insane but only slightly.

If you like, I can recommend you some really good ones which are very different from the typical super hero ones you may have previously read. No worries if you'd sooner not.

Has anyone read Flashpoint and its tie-ins?
My friends are all hardcore Marvel fans and won't read DC so I have no one to discuss it with :( I think it was amazing!
